Job description

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing leader who will own product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy. This role sits at the intersection of product, market and strategy, with a strong focus on translating complex technology into clear, compelling value propositions and strengthening the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product messaging, positioning and differentiation

  • Develop and execute product marketing and go-to-market strategies

  • Translate complex technical features into clear business value propositions

  • Create high-impact marketing content (presentations, product materials, datasheets)

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy

  • Identify target segments, verticals and lead generation channels

  • Work closely with product and sales teams to align strategy and execution

  • Support strategic partnerships and strengthen industry positioning

  • Develop compelling use cases and customer success stories

  • Identify and apply to industry programmes, competitions, awards and challenges

  • Support communications, PR activities and external visibility

Job requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or a related strategic role

  • Strong background in telecom / connectivity / infrastructure (e.g., 5G, RAN, networking)

  • Experience in enterprise environments, Industry 4.0, or private networks (defense exposure is a plus)

  • Proven ability to build product positioning and go-to-market strategies

  • Experience translating technical products into clear, market-facing messaging

  • Strong experience in creating high-level content (presentations, messaging, strategic materials)

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and sales teams

  • Ability to conduct market analysis and identify competitive positioning

  • Strong communication, storytelling and strategic thinking skills

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership

  • Fluent, professional English (written and spoken)
