Electronics Design Engineer

  • On-site, Hybrid
    • Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland
  • PLN 7,000 - PLN 17,000 per month

Job description

At Microamp, we are pushing the boundaries of 5G mmWave technology. We are looking for a driven Junior or Mid-level Electronics Engineer to join our hardware team. This is a unique opportunity to transition from standard electronics to high-frequency 5G RF Front-ends and Transceivers - the very hardware that will define the future of connectivity.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and laying out analog, digital, and power supply circuits for our 5G modules.

  • Participate in the hardware journey from initial concept and simulation to prototyping, testing, and production support.

  • Maintain high-quality design records, manufacturing data packs, and configuration management (version control).

  • Support the integration and testing of high-speed ADCs/DACs and signal chains.

  • Perform hands-on bench testing using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and validation tools to ensure design robustness.

  • Work closely with RF and Embedded engineers to implement hardware changes and optimize system integration.

  • Collaborate with Mechanical Engineers on module enclosure, thermal management and physical integration.

Job requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in schematic capture and PCB layout, preferably using Altium Designer.

  • Familiarity with digital/control electronics and power supply design.

  • Understanding of standard interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, USB). Exposure to high-speed interfaces like JESD204 or Ethernet is a strong plus.

  • Basic understanding of High-Speed Data Converters (sampling rates, resolution) and how they interface with FPGAs or Processors.

  • Basic proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Matlab for hardware testing and data analysis.

  • Good command of technical English (reading documentation and internal communication).

Good to Have

  • Experience with ARM Cortex microcontrollers.

  • Basic knowledge of FPGA integration.

  • Interest in high-speed, power electronics or RF simulation.

  • Familiarity with control systems.

Job benefits

  • Competitive salary: 6 000 - 13 000 PLN (B2B or UoP) or paid internship for junior candidates.

  • Flexible working hours with hybrid and on-site options.

  • Private healthcare and sports package.

  • The opportunity to develop and gain experience in an innovative startup environment.

  • Modern Office in the heart of Warsaw.

  • Friendly, multinational team and great coffee!
